SMS and email messages failing to send
Resolved - SMS and email messaging services have returned to normal. Remediation has also been completed, including reinitiating the sending of messages that were aborted during the disruption.

We will continue to monitor messaging services to confirm ongoing stability. We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

Monitoring - SMS and email messaging services have returned to normal. Remediation remains in progress as our technical teams work to reinitiate the delivery of messages that were previously aborted.

We will continue to monitor the service and provide a further update once remediation has been completed.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue causing SMS and email messages to be aborted or fail to send for schools. This is impacting all hosting clusters.

Our technical teams have identified the likely cause and are working to restore normal messaging services as quickly as possible.
